As of this inaugural post in this Blog, I've worked with car seats, child safety seats, positioning seats, whatever you call them for over 35 years now. I wasn't the first children's safety advocate, and I won't be the last, I hope. I do believe I am the longest "serving" car seat technician in the USA, and maybe the World. I've checked over 125,000 children's safety seats in most every car made since 1950, every major brand made in the US and most brands available around the World.
